Shipping & Returns

To edit this page simply login to the control panel, click the Website Content tab and choose the View Web Pages option. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.

Return Policy (No Refunds, Exchange Only)

You may only exchange most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for an even exchange only. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your exchange within two weeks (if size is available) of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive an exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you. All packages are sent out via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Pick Up Option

This option is only available if you are within the city of San Diego. Pick up locations will be assigned through out a range of 15 miles of 91911 zip code. You will receive an email with further instructions regarding the time and place assigned for that week. Pick ups will be scheduled every Friday, unless otherwise noted. Please make sure to bring a valid picture ID when picking up your item. If you are not able to pick up your package, you may send a request for an alternate pick up. If you do not inform us with the alternate's pick up information, we will NOT release any items. The alternate pick up must also have a valid identification.
